Acceptance & Eligibility

By using Cypher, you agree to these Terms and referenced policies. You must be 18+ and legally able to contract.

Marketplace Transactions

• Sellers list; buyers purchase through Stripe checkout.
• All sales are binding once payment clears.
• Funds are held until delivery is confirmed per the Shipping Policy.

Fees

• 5.5 % platform commission per sale.
• Stripe processing fees apply to every transaction.

Refunds & Disputes

Handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy and Buyer Guarantee. Cypher may mediate to maintain marketplace integrity.

Seller Responsibilities

• Ship within 48 hours.
• Upload tracking promptly.
• No counterfeit or prohibited items.

Intellectual Property

• Cypher owns all proprietary systems (XP program, listings database, analytics).
• Product images from APIs remain property of their respective rights holders.

Limitation of Liability

Cypher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Governing Law

Texas law governs these Terms. Venue: Harris County, Texas.

Changes

We may modify these Terms; continued use = acceptance.
